How to avoid gases ?

The digestive system produces gases to digest food but also accumulate in the body when you eat. It is inevitable that entering small amounts of air in the stomach when you eat.

The gases accumulate within our body are expelled from two forms, through belching or flatulencies. These gases are bothersome and unpleasant so today we bring some tips on how to avoid the gases. There are two things that determine the concentration of intestinal gas. The type of food to eat and the way of eating them.

Food

In general are advised to take a varied diet and following the basic standards of a healthy diet. Avoid food very fatty or very oily. Stews, sauces, pies, desserts or cake should set aside if we see that are too fat or oil. Consume portions minimum of butter and oil pure without cooking. Read the rest of this entry »
